I have to admit — I am so impressed with how “hands on” you are with your organization. I have emailed you a couple of times now about little things, and you have always responded within a week.

It’s as if you are running a local camp or a mom& pop shop, yet your organization is huge — in just about every state in the nation. you must live on email!
