7:00 AM — Arrival

7:30–8:00 AM: Skating, stickhandling, and puck-control warm-ups

8:00 AM: Players divide into groups based on age, skill level, and position

8:00–8:30 AM: Goal scoring, shooting-angle changes, and passing

8:30 AM: Ice resurfacing

8:35/8:40–9:15 AM: Battle drills, including 1-on-1, 2-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-2

9:15–9:30 AM: Game-like situations that reinforce the session’s skills
Program Overview
ProAm Weekend Skills offers focused, small-group training in a competitive, positive, and fun environment. Players build on the previous week’s progress while developing skating, shooting, passing, puck control, body control, and compete level.
Each session challenges players to step outside their comfort zones, sharpen the details of their game, and grow with personalized coaching and purposeful repetition.
