## 4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. We may share it as follows:
### 4.1 With Service Providers
We share information with vendors who help us run our business, including:
– **Active.com** — processes camp registrations and payments
– **Email service providers** — send camp confirmations, marketing, and operational emails
– **Web hosting and analytics providers** — including our WordPress hosting provider, Google Analytics, and
similar
– **Advertising partners** — including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) for ad measurement, targeting, and
lookalike-audience creation. We may also use server-side conversion tracking (Conversions API) to send a hashed,
privacy-safe subset of registration data to Meta for attribution.
Each service provider is contractually limited to using your information only to perform the service we’ve hired
them for.
### 4.2 With Payment Processors
Camp registration payments are processed by Active.com and their payment processors. We do not directly receive
or store full credit card details. Active.com’s privacy policy applies to data processed by them.
### 4.3 In Connection with Camps
If your child attends a camp, we share their information with our coaches and on-site staff as necessary to
deliver the camp safely (including medical/dietary information, emergency contacts, and waiver records).
### 4.4 Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or if we
believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others,
investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
### 4.5 Business Transfers
If Pro Ambitions Hockey, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your
information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change and your choices.

## 5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on the Site,
including:
– **Strictly necessary cookies** — required for the Site to function (e.g., session, security)
– **Analytics cookies** — Google Analytics 4 and others, to understand how visitors use the Site
– **Advertising / marketing cookies** — Meta Pixel and related tools, to measure ad performance and serve
relevant ads on Meta platforms
You can control cookies in your browser settings (look for “cookies” or “site data” in your browser’s privacy
menu). Note that disabling cookies may impair some Site functionality. You can also opt out of certain ad
targeting at **www.aboutads.info/choices** (US) or **www.youronlinechoices.eu** (EU).
We do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals at this time.

## 6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Because we serve youth ages 6–18, the U.S. **Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)** applies to
children under 13. We take this seriously.
– We do **not** knowingly allow children under 13 to register on our Site directly. **A parent or legal guardian
must complete all registrations and create any accounts** on behalf of a child under 13.
– The personal information of children under 13 is collected only from their parent or legal guardian, and only
for the purposes of registering them for and delivering our camps (e.g., name, age, skating level, medical info,
emergency contact, photo release).
– We do **not** use children’s information for behavioral advertising and do not allow third parties to do so on
our Site.
– We do **not** share children’s information with third parties except those operationally necessary (e.g.,
Active.com to process registration, our coaches at the camp).
– A parent or guardian may at any time review their child’s information, request corrections, refuse to allow
further collection, or request deletion by emailing **privacy@proambitions.com** or writing to us at the address
in Section 1.
For more on COPPA, visit the FTC’s website at **www.ftc.gov/coppa**.

– The right to request deletion of your personal information

are: (a) performance of a contract (camp registration), (b) legitimate interests (running our business, marketing
existing camps), (c) consent (marketing emails, optional cookies), and (d) legal obligation. Contact
privacy@proambitions.com to exercise your rights or to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

## 8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from

of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by
applicable law.
—
## 9. Data Retention
