What occurs during dry land training?
Included are fun and entertaining stickhandling circuits (guaranteed to soften the hardest hands); dry land training circuits include various speed/agility/quickness/
explosiveness training using all of today’s up-to-date technology to lengthen stride, increase quickness off the line, increase flexibility and, create a better, more versatile/powerful athlete. Also, games which incorporate team building/dynamic strategies, such as trust walk, mine field, positive reframing activities, European handball, steal the bacon, dodge ball, and, soccer, among others. At BU there are shooting stations to improve a player’s shot.
