What is dry land training?
Dry land training circuits include various speed/agility/quickness/explosiveness training using all of today’s up-to-date technology to lengthen stride, increase quickness off the line, increase flexibility and, create a better, more versatile/powerful athlete. It also includes games which incorporate team building/dynamic strategies, such as trust walk, mine field, positive reframing activities, European handball, steal the bacon, dodge ball, and, soccer, as well as Hand Shake Competition, Rock Paper Scissors Championship, Simon Says, etc.
