Holiday Hockey Clinics in MA and NH

We run Holiday Hockey Clinics out of our Massachusetts and New Hampshire locations. If you want your kid skating with purpose over the break instead of sitting on the couch, this is where they need to be. Holiday time is not a vacation from development. The players who come back to their teams sharper in January are the ones who put the work in when everyone else took the week off.

These clinics are structured to push players, not just keep them busy. Every session has a focus, and every skater leaves with something specific to work on.

European Partner Skills Coach Coming to Boston

We are bringing in a Skills Coach from Prague to run sessions at our Holiday Hockey Clinics. This is not a gimmick. European hockey development has a different philosophy, and exposure to that approach at a young age changes how a player thinks about the game. The emphasis on skating mechanics, puck control, and hockey sense is something North American programs do not always prioritize the way they should.

Having a coach come in from Europe gives our players a perspective they are not getting anywhere else in the region. Take advantage of it.

Private Lessons and Small Group Training

Private Hockey lessons and Small Group Hockey training run every weekend at our Dedham and Braintree facilities. If you want to get better fast, small group and private training is how it happens. You cannot hide in a big group session. You get real feedback, real repetitions, and real accountability.

Small group training also has value beyond the individual work. Players push each other. A good training partner makes both players better. We keep groups tight intentionally so the attention stays on the work, not on crowd management.

Summer Camps: Commuter and Boarding

We offer both Commuter and Boarding options for our Summer Camps. The right choice depends on the player and the family, but both formats deliver serious on-ice development. Boarding camp is for the kid who is ready to be fully immersed, living the athlete lifestyle away from home distractions. Commuter camp works well for younger players or those who need to work camp around other commitments.

Either way, summer is one of the best windows a player has to make real gains. No school, no season pressure, just focused work. The players who invest their summers wisely are the ones who show up to tryouts in the fall looking like a different player.

European Hockey Tournament Teams: Summer 2023

We are fielding European Hockey Tournament Teams for the summer, and this is one of the most unique opportunities we offer. All birth years are welcome. A single player can sign up for one week and compete against the youth of Europe in either Prague or Sweden.

This is not a hockey vacation. You are competing against players who grew up in a completely different hockey culture, one that develops skill and creativity in ways that challenge North American habits. When you play against kids who have been skating since before they could walk and who handle the puck like it is part of their body, you learn something about your own game quickly.

The experience of international competition builds confidence and toughness you cannot manufacture at home. Our players come back from these trips better and more serious about the game.

Frequently Asked Questions

What age groups are the Holiday Hockey Clinics open to?

Our Holiday Hockey Clinics are open to multiple age groups across our MA and NH locations. We work with players at different stages of development, so check current session listings for specific age breakdowns. If you are unsure where your child fits, call us and we will point you in the right direction.

What is the difference between private lessons and small group training?

Private lessons are one-on-one with a coach and give the most focused individual attention. Small group training keeps numbers low and balances personalized coaching with the competitive energy that comes from training alongside other motivated players. Both have their place. Many players benefit from doing both depending on where they are in their development and what they need to work on at a given time.

How does the European Tournament work for a single player sign-up?

You do not need to come as part of a full team. Individual players can register and get placed on one of our tournament teams competing in either Prague or Sweden. One week, real international competition, all birth years. We handle the team logistics. You just need to show up ready to compete and represent yourself well against some of the best youth players in Europe.

Are the Summer Camps right for a player who is not at an elite level yet?

Yes. Camp is about development, not showcasing players who are already polished. If a player is committed to working hard and coachable, they will get better here regardless of where they are starting from. The ones who grow the most are usually the ones who come in honest about their weaknesses and willing to address them head-on.
