2024 Battle Camps Nationwide

What These Camps Are About

Find All Available Camps

Pro Ambitions Battle Camps run nationwide because good players are everywhere, not just in one market. We built this program around one idea: putting players in situations that demand compete, edge, and decision-making under pressure. Skills are only part of the equation. You have to learn how to use them when something is on the line.

These camps are not showcase events. They are training environments built to push you past what feels comfortable.

Who These Camps Are For

If you are serious about developing your game, this camp is built for you. We are talking about players who want real reps, real competition, and real feedback from coaches who have been at the highest levels of the game. Showing up with the right attitude matters as much as showing up with talent.

Parents sometimes ask me if their kid is ready. My answer is always the same: if your player is willing to compete and coachable enough to listen, they belong here.

What Players Work On

Compete Level and Battle Skills

The name says it. Battle. We focus heavily on situations in the game where your compete level determines the outcome, corners, front of the net, puck battles along the boards. These moments do not get enough attention in standard skill clinics. We fix that here.

Most players practice the clean version of every skill. At Battle Camps, you practice the messy version, because that is what real games look like.

Hockey Sense and Decision-Making

Hands and skating will only take you so far. At some point, the game slows down for smart players and speeds up for everyone else. We work on reading the ice, understanding time and space, and making quicker, better decisions with the puck and without it.

This is coachable. Players just do not get exposed to it often enough in their regular training.

Skating and Puck Skills Under Pressure

We are not ignoring the fundamentals. Edges, stride, puck handling, passing, all of it gets worked. The difference is we put pressure on those reps. You are not skating in isolation. You are doing it while being defended, while tired, while competing.

That is the environment that actually builds a player.

Why Nationwide Locations Matter

We run these camps across the country because travel should not be the reason a player misses a great development opportunity. Quality coaching should not be limited to one city or one region. Players in different markets deserve the same standard of instruction.

Every location runs the same curriculum with the same standards. The expectation does not change based on geography.

What to Expect When You Arrive

Come ready to work. That is the short version. You will be put in groups and evaluated early so we can coach you appropriately. We want to know what you are working with and where the gaps are, so bring your compete from the moment you step on the ice.

Coaches will give you feedback throughout the camp. Not at the end, not in a vague handout, but in real time during the sessions. That is how players actually improve.

How to Find a Camp Near You

Use the camp finder to see all available locations and dates. We add sessions regularly, so check back if you do not see something close to you right now. Spots fill up and we keep groups intentionally small so every player gets the attention they need.

If you have questions about which camp is the right fit, reach out directly. We will point you in the right direction.

Frequently Asked Questions

What age groups do the Battle Camps serve?

We work with a range of ages and skill levels. The specific age groups available depend on the location and session, so check the camp finder for details on what is offered near you. The structure of each camp is built to challenge players at whatever level they are at, so the coaching adjusts to the group.

How is a Battle Camp different from a regular skills camp?

A standard skills clinic often isolates techniques and runs clean, uncontested drills. That has its place. But Battle Camps are built around competitive situations and pressure reps. You are going to be in battles, contested puck situations, and small-area games where your compete level and decision-making get tested in every session. The goal is to replicate the moments that actually decide games.

What should a player bring and how should they prepare?

Come with full equipment and a willingness to be coached. Players who get the most out of this camp are the ones who listen, compete hard on every rep, and do not coast between drills. There is no specific physical test to pass before attending, but you should expect to be pushed and plan to give a full effort from start to finish.

Are these camps good for players who want to play at a higher level?

That is exactly who they are designed for. If your player has goals of playing high school, junior, college, or beyond, the habits and mindset we work on here are foundational to getting there. Development at those levels is not just about skill, it is about compete, coachability, and how a player responds when the game gets hard. That is what we train.
