Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Before April 1 — Day Camps
Cancellations received before April 1 for US summer day camps receive a full credit toward a future camp. Refunds are not issued unless the Active Network Insurance Program was purchased at checkout.
After April 1 — Day Camps & Boarding Camps
Cancellations received after April 1 for day camps or at any time for boarding camps receive a 50% credit toward a future camp. No refunds are issued unless the Active Network Insurance Program was purchased at checkout.
Camp Transfers
Transfers to a different session or location must be requested at least 30 days prior to the camp start date. Transfers are subject to availability and processed at no additional fee.
No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend without notifying Pro Ambitions in advance receive no credit or refund.
Medical Situations
A signed doctor's note is required to receive a full credit minus any days already attended. Email the note to info@proambitions.com with your registration details.
Acts of God / Force Majeure
Pro Ambitions Hockey cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen acts of God, pandemics, or man-made disasters.
Pro Ambitions-Initiated Cancellations
If Pro Ambitions cancels a camp for any reason not otherwise specified above, a full refund of tuition will be issued.
Expulsion — Zero Tolerance
No credit is given if a camper is expelled for behavioral violations including bullying, hazing, substance use, or possession of weapons. This policy is strictly enforced.
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted via the cancellation form only — not by phone or social media. Allow up to 30 days during peak season for your request to be evaluated.
For medical cancellations, attach a signed doctor’s note to your request. Credits are applied to your account and valid for future camp enrollment.
If you purchased the Active Network Insurance Program at checkout, contact Active Network directly to process your refund.
