Pro Ambitions Hockey Collective, LLC is a youth hockey development company founded in 1998. We operate hockey camps and programs across the United States and internationally. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to register campers and deliver our programs. This includes parent and guardian information (name, email, phone, billing address), camper information (name, date of birth, gender, medical history, dietary needs, emergency contacts), and payment information processed securely through our registration partner Active Network. We also collect standard web data such as device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to process registrations and payments, communicate with families about upcoming camps and program updates, send promotional communications (you may opt out at any time), improve our website and services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our programs (including Active Network for registration, email platforms, and analytics providers), on-site camp staff who require it to care for your child, and government or legal authorities when required by law. All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not use children's data for behavioral advertising. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting info@proambitions.com.

Data Retention

We retain registration and program records for seven years in accordance with standard business and tax requirements. Personal data relating to minors is deleted within one year after the child turns 19, or earlier upon a verified parental deletion request.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, opt out of marketing communications, or request a copy of data we hold about you.
