Many of you already know him. He is our On Ice Director, retired pro and professional youth skill development coach. Henry is from LA and has headed up our West Coast Camp Swing for the past eight years. His dad is a retired navy seal, his mom a retired athletic director and he is newly married to a professional youth development tennis coach. He got engaged over the Prague Tourney 2022 on the dinner cruise in front of all of the teams and got married last winter in Hawaii. Now he is a Boston Guy. Great things happen to great people. I loved this Forbes business quote. It applies to hockey! Each player needs to be their authentic self. You are all going to have strengths and weaknesses. You are all different sizes, skate differently, grow at different times in stature and hockey IQ…you are a shooter or a dangler, a disher, a passer, a physical player…

Part of what we do is figure out YOUR authentic niche in the game. What are you going to bring to the table better than your peers. We will figure out that strength and help capitalize on it and bring the weaker parts of your game up to speed.

One thing is never count anyone out. Ever. Only count out the ones who give up, that is a choice.
