Eric has seen the game from every angle: player, coach, scout, executive and broadcaster. He was a 7th-round draft pick who worked his way through college hockey and the minors to a career of more than 470 NHL games. Since then he has coached on NHL video staffs, run hockey operations for the Avalanche, and led youth teams on the international stage. Eric is head coach for both weeks at Norwich, and his campers get a pro’s view of what it really takes to earn your spot: work ethic, hockey IQ, and the habits that separate players at the next level.

Elite Coaching Staff
Former pro, Division 1 and junior coaches run every session at a 5:1 player-to-coach ratio. Players are grouped by age and ability so every camper is pushed to improve but never overwhelmed. Every camper gets coached, not just supervised.

Comprehensive evaluation
Every camper leaves with a plan.
At the end of camp, every player receives a written evaluation from our coaching staff: strengths, areas to improve, and what to work on in the season ahead. It is handed to your camper on the last day, so the week of camp turns into a plan for the months that follow.

What to bring
