Why the Cape Cod Girls Camp
Two Sports, One Week
Mornings on the ice running our Battle Camp curriculum for girls, afternoons on the field learning and playing field hockey. Players come home sharper in both games.
Girls Only
Every session, dorm and team-building activity is girls only, coached by staff who work with girls' programs year-round.
Campus on the Water
Stay in Massachusetts Maritime Academy dorms in Buzzards Bay, minutes from the Bourne Bridge, with beach and ocean swimming access outside the dorms and full college cafeteria access.
Boarding or Day
Choose the full boarding experience or the day camp option for local families. Either way, the on-ice and field sessions are the same.

What to Bring
- ▶Water bottle labeled with your name (mandatory)
- ▶Full hockey equipment, including neck guard and mouth guard
- ▶2 hockey sticks and 1 street hockey stick (goalies included)
- ▶Name on the front of your helmet
- ▶Sneakers for dryland training
- ▶XL twin sheets, pillow, blanket, and towels
- ▶Toiletries and a bathing suit
- ▶Medications in original containers with instructions for medical staff
- ▶Fan and alarm clock

A week built for young female athletes who love to compete. Fast-paced ice sessions, real field hockey, and a campus on the water.
Team building every evening: log carries, buddy carries, wiffle ball, football, dodgeball, tug-of-war, skills competitions, and the mud run.
